The answer is simple: We have Event Promoters, Municipalities, Outdoor Venues, 55+ communities, and the general public contacting us for talent.
You bet we can! Five20 Events is an approved vendor at most 55+ communities in Pinal County. They want talent and we can deliver as well as the full production for the show. We can set up the contract as a percentage of ticket sales or as a guaranteed fee.
Our fee, on gig's we book for you, is a flat 10% of the booking price.
Absolutely! Once your band signs up with us you do NOT need to exclusively enter into all Performance Agreements via Five20 Events. We'll only charge you the 10% booking fee when we find you gigs to perform at.
Five20 Events is insured. What does that mean for your band? It makes booking your band easier as more an more venues and most all municipalities are now requiring liability insurance. When we book your band for gigs, Five20 Events will enter into the contract on your behalf.
When we find your band a gig, Five20 Events will enter into the Performance Contract, on your behalf, with the event promoter, venue, or municipality. Your performance check will be written out to Five20 Events LLC. Immediately after the check is rec'd, Five20 Events will pay you either by check or Zelle, less the 10% booking fee.
